Noflës Li̽ Kez (/ˈnoflɛs/ /li̽/ [skilled] [word]) is a subtropical Town located in Chye Qu̹zæ Kingdom, Pevuozaba Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Noflës Li̽ Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Noflës Li̽ Kez was founded by Aptenopia Shumremei, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Noflës Li̽ Kez has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 8°C (46°F). Overview

Noflës Li̽ Kez was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1150, by Aptenopia Shumremei. The establishment of Noflës Li̽ Kez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Noflës Li̽ Kez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Noflës Li̽ Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Noflës Li̽ Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Noflës Li̽ Kez is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive gravel streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Noflës Li̽ Kez has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Noflës Li̽ Kez’s streets.

Civic Infrastructure

Noflës Li̽ Kez has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Noflës Li̽ Kez. Noflës Li̽ Kez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Noflës Li̽ Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.

Noflës Li̽ Kez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

Noflës Li̽ Kez's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
